The problem

A graduate capstone explored how a federal contractor could use internal information to support bid and proposal drafting while retaining human review.

What I built

I led a four-person team and built a retrieval-based prototype. The review flow lets writers inspect and correct retrieved material before it enters a draft. Deliverables included an adoption framework and handoff documentation.

The result

The team delivered a working academic prototype and received the Outstanding Capstone Team Award. Time savings and business results were projected; this was not a production deployment.
